Clark Thomas holds more than 20 years of experience in information gathering and analysis. During that time he has been involved in fraud detection and investigation as well as the recovery of misappropriated assets. His most recent experience includes 12 years as Senior Analyst and technical support specialist in the Office of Inspector General of a Federal agency. During his tenure he received numerous professional awards and secured or recovered millions of dollars. Assigned to assess threats to bio-security and agency preparedness, he has held the highest security clearance available to assess sensitive information required for that analysis.
Dr. Thomas has also taught graduate level courses in fraud detection and prevention, industry regulation, and information acquisition and analysis. He has published several articles and book chapters in these areas, as well.
